Weather Policy


Thunder or lightning causes immediate stoppage of all games in progress as signaled by 3 central horn blasts - all player and coaches must clear the fields.


4 central horn blasts will signal play can resume - if there is less than one half of a game remaining, play will resume with the next scheduled game.


Questions about which games will resume following the weather stoppage should be directed to the registration tent.


Games stopped or cancelled due to weather for grades 5, 6, & 7 will not be rescheduled.


If stoppage of play impacts the 8th grade pool or play-off games, check with the registration tent for possible rescheduling.


Please note that games may also need to be cancelled if weather renders the fields unplayable.  Closed fields will be marked as such.
